MINISTRY ASSESSMENTS

June 08, 2022

There is an April session for GRADE 10's & GRADE 12's WHO HAVE NOT WRITTEN. This will include both first and second semester students. As per the schedule, those who need to write a grade 12 level assessment (Num or Lit), will have the opportunity to do so on Monday. (see full schedule/dates below). Students who require supports, or a separate setting please email: Lani.vetter@mpsd.ca 

 

To set students up for success, encourage them to view the introductory videos, attempt a sample assessment, review scoring rubrics, and look at examples of student responses. These resources can be found on the webpage of each assessment:

Exam results are available online approximately four weeks after you write your exam

Students who are more than 30 minutes late, may not write the assessment.

 

Students are encouraged to bring identification. Assessment administration staff must check the acceptable ID of all students not known to them.  Students to confirm they are logged in under the correct PEN and name. Students must leave any items not specifically authorized, in a designated area. Unauthorized items include notes, smartwatches, cell phones and any other electronic devices. Invigilators may hand out scrap paper, but all pages must be collected and shredded at the end of the session.

 

All assessments will be written in the Cafeteria. The cafeteria will be closed for these days.

8:30am - 11:30am (A - Z)

 

Wednesday, June 15th - Numeracy 10

8:30am - 11:30am (A - K)
12:00pm - 3:00pm (L - Z)

 

Thursday, June 16th - Literacy 10
