​​Our purpose is to provide students at Mission Secondary with courses that will ensure thorough and comprehensive preparation for the post-secondary world. For some, this will mean a highly academic focus, while for other, courses taken will enhance the transition to careers in the fine arts or applied skills. Mission Senior Secondary School offers a variety of courses in a wide array of subject areas, and courses are reviewed annually; deleting courses that are no longer approved by the Ministry of Education and including those courses recently Ministry approved or locally developed.
