New Student Registration
Please fill out the registration forms and email to the school at mss.registration@mpsd.ca . Once all registration documents have been filled out and submitted an intake meeting will be scheduled.

** IMPORTANT **
NEW! The Ministry of Education requires that proof of legal guardianship is made when registering a child. Ideally, a LONG version of the child's birth certificate is preferable as identification, but there are also alternate documents that can be used, (Landed Immigrant Document, Guardianship Order or Income Tax Statement (children are declared).
Bus Registration
To ride a district school bus, all new and returning riders must complete a registration form each year.
Bus Registration is done on-line. Please follow the steps below:

- Follow the prompts to the on-line Bus Registration Form
