For the 2020-2021 school year we are introducing a new conference booking system. Please read the following document to access the new booking system.
The online booking portal will be open from April 17 – 29th. Parent Teacher Conferences will take place on April 29th.
The process for booking Parent-Teacher conferences is broken into the following steps:
Step 1 – Go to the following website: MSS Parent Teacher Online Booking. You can click on this link or find it on our homepage.

Step 2 – Book your Parent-Teacher conference.
- Under “Select Staff”, click on the drop-down menu (at first, it will say “Anyone”) and choose the teacher
- Choose one of the available times for the meeting.
- Add your name and email for confirmation of the meeting
- If there are specific requests or comments, please indicate in the Notes.
- Add your child’s name in the indicated box.
- Click “Book” to make your appointment. You will receive an email confirming the teacher and the time reserved.
- Please repeat the process to make another appointment with another teacher.
Important Dates:
Monday, April 19th – Registration begins
Thursday, April 29th – Registration ends at 12pm
Monday, April 26th – Links for Parent-Teacher Conferences will be made available
Thursday, April 29th – Parent-Teacher Conferences
- 3:30pm-6:00pm – conferences
- 6:00pm-6:30pm – dinner break
- 6:30pm-9:00pm – conferences
For parents without internet access, please contact the office and we will schedule your
conferences on your behalf.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are encouraging all Parent-Teacher Conferences to
be online. On Monday, April 19th, links for parent-teacher conferences will be made available on
the MSS website.
For parents without internet access, please contact your student's teacher regarding an alternate method to meet.
